The world’s second-biggest country covers 9,984,670 sq km, and all that space holds not only a huge diversity of landscape, but also a wealth of ingredients, from popular favourites (hello, maple syrup) to lesser-known treats such as bison meat and bakeapples, amber-coloured berries similar to blackberries.
