Alton Towers reopens following rollercoaster crash – video

Alton Towers customers talk about their visit on Monday after the theme park opened its doors to the public for the first time since the rollercoaster accident last Tuesday. Visitors began entering the theme park from 10am. Sixteen people were injured, four of them seriously, when a carriage on The Smiler ride collided with another which was stationary on the track. ‘It’s going to be safer than ever,’ says one man as he arrived for the day
